Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-14 business days. If we encounter any significant delays due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will get in touch directly to provide updates.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia): Our standard shipping typically sees your items delivered within 3-7 business days. This comes at a flat rate of 10.5 AUD, though we do offer free shipping for orders over 100 AUD. For those in a hurry, we offer an express shipping option, which aims to get your items to you within 1-3 business days, priced according to Australia Post Express shipping rate.
International Shipping: Please be aware that delivery times and costs can fluctuate based on the destination, package weight, and the carrier. It's also worth noting that customs and import taxes may apply for international orders, which customers are responsible for. AllyClarry holds no responsibility for any customs-related delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you can expect a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will include a tracking number, typically provided by Australia Post or our selected carrier, to allow you to monitor your package's journey.
Damages & Lost Packages: It's disappointing, but sometimes products can be damaged during shipping, or packages might go astray. While AllyClarry is not directly liable for these damages or losses, we're here to help. If you receive a damaged order or find your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We'll assist in addressing the issue with the carrier or guiding you through the claims process.
